The Land Securities Group is the most extensive commercial property development and investment company in the UK. It buys, develops, and manages office, retail, and leisure real estate, focusing on central London.

The Office segment consists of modern offices across central London offering flexible space, short-term leases and traditional long-term leases. The Retail part includes outlets, retail parks, large regional shopping centres outside London and smaller shopping centres within London. Finally, the leisure part comprises 17 leisure parks, 23 hotels and the Piccadilly Lights in central London.
